BLACK SABBATH - VOLUME 4

German first pressing with Vertigo swirl labels and 4-page photo booklet inside gatefold sleeve.

Some of the specific identifiers of this release - on the label A5 Supernaut misspelled as "Supernaught", the title appears as "Vol. 4" (with a dot) on the label and labelled as "A Philips Record Product".
The vinyl plays excellently. Given that this copy is nearly 50 years old the cover has stood up extremely well - no splits, tears etc. - but where it has suffered is along edges /spine, where some white shows through the black cover. See photos and judge for yourself - personally it would not bother me given the overall condition for a first pressing of a classic album - but if you prefer (and can get) an absolutely mint copy, then just be aware this cover is very good and robust enough but just not perfect.
