Gatefold Cover,not laminated (as later issues are) with red Vertigo 'swirl' logo on front,and VO code on reverse
Inside cover carries the rare credit for the management of Black Sabbath as "Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham" confirming this LP as a very first pressing (credit was deleted from later issues)
Original Vertigo inner sleeve
Vinyl grading (As per Record Collector Guide): Excellent: With only minor markings.Gatefold cover in very good condition,with some wear on edges and corners (small number 13 has been written in biro on inside cover and on Side A label and inner sleeve)
