Description
From 1971, out of Springfield,Pa., comes the garage psych group The Blessed End with their LP Movin' On on TNS J248. One of the best of it's type to come out of the Philadelphia area! This group was so poor that the only way they could get this LP recorded was to loan their instruments to the studio for the use of an artist who was to be recorded on the same day as they were (he apparently had no instruments). Ten original songs recorded strangely with Jim Morrison style vocals and echo, giving a nice other-worldly quality to the record! Nice primitive echoing guitar on many of the songs. This LP is in my top 20! I especially like the song Dead Man.
