BLIND FAITH
ORIGINAL POLLYDOR LABEL FIRST PRESSING
CAT No 583059 MATRICES A1/B2
BEEN IN STORAGE FOR 25 YRS
This classic album is from my own private collection, it has been safely stored away for the past 25years when I moved to CDs. It is being liberated from its dark confines as the prices being achieved by these rare and now extremely desirable original editions are too good to ignore.
Given the apparent sensitivities of some Ebay members to the controversial front cover photograph, this does not feature in the listing. If you require photographic confirmation of the condition of front cover this can be supplied on request.
The all important Matrix Numbers in the run out grooves are as follows:-
Side A 583059 A//1
Side B 583059 B//1
The MacNeill press gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition with very light wear around the edges there is a small(1x.5inch) price sticker in top righthand corner of front cover.There are no tears, splits, writing or other prominent damage.
The vinyl disc is in excellent condition retaining a deep lustre with no ingrained dirt/dust and no scratches or pits, it has been unplayed for 25 years. I am a HiFi enthusiast so when they were played it was always on top end turntables like linn sondek to minimise groove wear. When records are not from a single owner it must be impossible to determine whether or not they have been played using cheap or misaligned tonearms arms which will cause premature groove wear.
As can be seen from the detailed photographs the orange Polydor disc labels are in outstanding condition with only the faintest of spindle marks and center holes show no sign of wear at all.
This outstanding album will be securely packaged in a professional Wrapro record mailer and sent immediately on receipt of cleared funds from the wining bidder, by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery in the UK . Should the final price justify it full insurance can be added at the buyers cost .
