Payment can be made by the following methods:
UK buyers: Personal cheque/postal orders/Paypal (preferred)
US buyers: Paypal
Europe: Paypal
Other overseas buyers: Paypal
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for my auctions are as follows:
10" / 12" vinyl
UK - £2.85 - (each additional item for multiple auction wins, 1.25p each)
US/rest of world - £5.50 (each additional item win 1.95p each)
Europe - £4.85 (each additional item win 1.50p each)
Items can be sent registered post/recorded delivery at the request and the cost (add 65p) of the buyer (in UK only) which we highly recommend.
Insured delivery outside of UK will be an optional extra £3.30.
we do keep a note of the items shipped and in the unlikely event that an item gets lost I will endeavour to assist you to reclaim the value; As the claimant needs to prove what the item cost - initial claims for refunds from the post office must be made by the buyer and we will assist by providing proof of postage and confirmation of the amount paid.
Items sent non-recorded delivery or registered post are sent at the risk of the buyer if they do get lost. please be aware that this can happen!
Other terms
You will receive an automatic email after the auction has ended. The buyer must contact us within 4 days of the auction end and send full payment within 7 days of the auction end. You will be sent an email confirming the end of the auction and bid price.
Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be left.
we describe the condition of the item as accurately as possible and pack it securely ; in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the transaction please email us and we will resolve your dispute by sending a replacement item where possible or issue a refund if I am satisfied your complaint is valid
