Here is one of the rarest and best uk 60s psych albums. This is an original 1967 uk A1-B1 1st mono pressing of 'We Are Ever So Clean' by the superb band 'Blossom Toes'. This rare copy has corrected machine stamped matrix numbers in the run-offs, the codes '608001' have been corrected to '607001', the number '8' has been wrongly stamped and then crossed out and then replaced with a hand etched number '7'.

The thick mono vinyl is in excellent clean condition and both sides play and sound excellent throughout with barely even a trace of surface crackle. The fully laminated single sleeve would also grade excellent if not for a small area at the front top left corner where some of the lamination covering has been removed, the area affected was a plain light cream in colour so no album artwork or information has actually been removed or lost, this fully laminated cover still looks great and is strong and lies flat and has no other faults.

I bought this album just last year but i have now decided to sell it on as i now own both of the bands excellent albums on CD.

THICK FIRST PRESS MONO VINYL = EX

The thick MONO vinyl is in excellent very clean condition, both sides still have a great original glossy sheen, there are no bad surface marks, scuffs or scratches, there are just a few light wispy top surface marks and hairlines and some sleeve withdrawal traces that are visible in stronger light. All tracks play and sound really superb with a excellent clean and clear sound quality throughout, there are no nasty surface marks so there are no areas with continuous loud clicks or pops. I listened to the album right through before listing it and i can guarantee that both sides play and sound superbly well throughout with no loss in sound quality. There is barely even a trace of crackle and i heard just a few very light behind the music tics during the entire playback. This is just a really excellent clean playing copy of this mega-rare uk psych gem that will not disappoint.

MONO LABELS = EX+

The mono Marmalade labels are in excellent very clean condition. The only thing to mention is that there are some very small slightly raised blisters on the orange sections of both labels, these orange areas now look and feel slightly textured. This is not at all serious and makes no difference to play and both labels still look superb.

UPTON PRESS FULLY LAMINATED COVER = VG

The fully laminated single sleeve was made and printed in the uk by the Upton Printing Group. The back is in excellent clean condition but as already mentioned the top left corner of the front has a small area of lamination missing. The top edge has a thin slither of wear but the bottom edge is excellent. The spine is straight and strong with all text very clear and easy to read. The polydor poly-lined inner sleeve has a small amount of writing but is otherwise in excellent clean condition.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the outer cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
