You are Looking At the The BLUE CHEER Record,  VINCEBUS ERUPTOM!!!
MONO!!!!!
THIS IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION +++-ESPECIALLY FOR THE AGE OF THIS I Haven't Seen a Better Copy Myself.
The Cover has some minor wear, small crease at bottom of each corner and about a two inch split on the bottom right--SEE PICTURE
AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW--THIS RECORD IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS TYPE OF CONDITION-
(ALL THAT I'VE SEEN IN THE LAST FEW YEARS ARE G-VG- AT BEST.)

The Vinyl is VG+ (its near impossible to find 'em much better).  This has very minor surface noise--it plays GREAT There are Sleeve Marks and just a couple Spindle Marks--IT'S AN AWESOME LP!!! 
I Wouldn't Sell if I Didn't have to.
