Description

alicedayglo presents:

Very rare original Dutch / US 1959 LP by jazz trumpet legend Richard "Blue" Mitchell & Quintet. Comes in unique cover !!! See scan.

Tracks: Blues on My Mind, It Could Happen to You, Boomerang // Sweet-Cakes, Missing You, When the Saints Go Marching In. Superb modern jazz !!!

Musicians: Blue Mitchell (trumpet), Benny Golson (tenor sax), Wynton Kelly (piano), Sam Jones (bass), Art Blakey (drums).

ESSENTIAL ITEM FOR ANY MODERN JAZZ FAN OR COLLECTOR !!!

Label: Riverside RLP 293. Blue/silver label. Mono. First edition (ED1). Dutch press record inside US cover, common practice in these days. LP comes in unique cover that was probably specially made for export purposes?! Condition record/cover: ex (one harmless hairline and at the very end of track two on side two there's some light noise for three rounds only caused by a small mark)/ex- (small writings on back, spine and lower left corner have some staining). VERY RARE !!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: As I live outside the US (The Netherlands) and the new Ebay policy considers everybody that sells on Ebay.com as being located IN the US (at least concerning shipping cost), the shipping cost on the search result lists ($4) are wrong! Please check my store for correct shipping cost:

http://stores.ebay.com/GARDEN-OF-MY-MIND-RECORDS/SHIPPING-AND-HANDLING-COST.html

Always wait for my personal invoice.

Paypal, IBAN or .... only. Buyer pays shipping. No Paypal for Dutch buyers.
