Description
Dexter Gordon- GO!
BLUE NOTE 4112
Original US MONO Microgrove Lp
Featuring Sonny Clark, Butch Warren and Billy Higgins
New York address both sides. Review copy pressing. RVG and Ear in Dead Wax.
Record: Excellent condition. Playing Surface Near Mint. Plays Near Mint with superb fidelity on my equipment!
Please note the slight bubbling on Labels. Upon very close inspection under strong light it appears that they were pasted over original labels that were on the incorrect sides. Such things could happen if the labels were initally loaded incorrectly at the pressing plant. This with the fact that the cover has the review copy stamp suggests that it was pressed very early in the initial pressing run.
Cover: VG+ condition. Slight corner bumps and minor wear. Small initial and 'Review Copy' stamp on back (see pictures). Cover is made of extra heavy stock and is white on the inside. I have noted that other original copies of GO! are not made of such heavy stock. This and the 'Review Copy' stamp indicates a very early copy of this release. Includes the original inner sleeve.
A GREAT COPY OF AN ORIGINAL MONO US BLUE NOTE RECORD!
