Personnel Include: Kenny Dorham, Trumpet; Eric Dolphy, Alto Sax, Flute & Bass Clarinet; Joe Henderson, Tenor Sax;  Andrew Hill, Piano; Richard Davis, Bass; Anthony Williams, Drums.
Recorded on 21 March, 1964 at Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
