Up for your consideration is a copy of a radio-station-only EP recorded LIVE and released in 1972 by BLUE OYSTER CULT on the COLUMBIA label. Legend has it that this record is very rare. I personally have only ever seen 2 copies of this record in my lifetime (the other one was at a record convention and had a high price despite the fact that it was in poor condition).

This record has been in my personal collection since I acquired it in the mid-80s. The jacket is thin paper with several creases (it was like this when I bought it--a generic DJ sleeve will be provided) and is showing a fair amount of yellowing due to age. I would conservatively rate the condition of the vinyl as VG+. The record has been played but certainly not abused. There are a few very minor surface scratches and scuffs.
The music itself is not rare as it has appeared several times on unauthorized records and CDs as well as official release on some BLUE OYSTER CULT best-of comps and remasters; this, however, is the original vinyl.
This record is nearly 40 years old, and I consider the condition to be excellent given its age. With its lore of extreme scarcity and the undeniable reputation of the continuing influence of BLUE OYSTER CULT on everything from metal to post-punk to indie-rock, this record would be an honored and understated addition of weighty importance to any collection of metal, hard rock, or early goth artifacts.
