**HUGELY RARE VERY GOOD PLUS COPY OF THIS STUNNING 1962 BLUEBEAT / BLUESY SOUL SINGLE**.

FABULOUS BLUEBEAT SINGLE, REALLY HARD TO FIND from my own collection. Super SINGLE from OWEN GRAY WITH SONNY BRADSHAW QUARTET 'COME ON BABY' / 'MY ONE DESIRE' RELEASED ON CHEK RECORDS (MELODISC AFFILIATE) IN THE UK IN 1962
**OWEN GRAY WOULD GO ON TO BECOME A MAINSTREAM IN BLUEBEAT AND REGGAE CIRCLES AND WOULD GO ON TO COLLABORATE WITH ICONS SUCH AS PRINCE BUSTER, MILLIE AND DERRICK MORGAN TO NAME BUT A FEW.**
It has survived with light surface scuffing however there is only light static and an occasional minor tick. This does not impinge on the music (Side 'A').
The LABELS are EXCELLENT (see pics for exact condition).
The SINGLE PLAYGRADES AT VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition.
It is supplied in its plain white sleeve and a poly sleeve for extra protection.
This record virtually never comes up for sale on Ebay. I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:

The record has obviously been played a lot, but apart from occasional static displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is perfectly acceptable
