Description

My listings will include rare and not so rare but as vinyl is in such demand these days I'll be covering the whole spectrum as I firmly believe there is a market for everything. All records have been played through at least once (in order to give a true grading) on my REGA P1 turntable (which sounds superb!) , which I bought from my Leeds stockist, Audio Republic, details of which will be mailed out with the vinyl. I've got a huge stock of records at the moment so if there is anything you are after drop me an email or I can be seen on the Record Fair circuit!...next one is at NORTHALLERTON on SATURDAY 7TH MARCH, followed by ILKLEY KINGS HALL on 5TH APRIL, and LEEDS QUEENS HOTEL on 11TH APRIL !! .if you love vinyl and don't attend fairs, shame on you!!!! The fairs currently on offer are superb and are far more pleasurable experience than sitting at home, trawling the internet for those shabby so called mint records. Rest assured, MINT means MINT (no marks/no scratches/no spindle marks/faultless vinyl/faultless sleeve)....and the term VERY GOOD does not mean trashed!!!!....none of this "played once" misleading nonsense, the number of spindle marks on the label has no bearing on number of plays !!!!!!!!!! I'll be continually listing some great stuff so keep an eye out.

Hard to find in this condition.......JOHN MAYALL with ERIC CLAPTON "Bluesbreakers" UK 1966 DECCA LK.4804....MONO 12 track classic !!!!!! MATRIX NUMBERS ARL-7297-1A ARL-7298-1A !!! FIRST PRESSING !!!! WITH RED MONO INNER SLEEVE !!!!! CREAM !!!! HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS !!!.

CONDITION

SLEEVE

The classic Clarifoil front laminated sleeve with pinched spine corners is in great condition !!!!! With only the very slightest of wear to a couple of corners, a few laminate creases on the front face and a small section of laminate lift, the unlaminated rear sleeve is very white but does have slight ring impression and a mark across the bottom where some old cellotape has obviously been at some stage ...and that's about it !!!! There is no edgewear, no grubbiness, no tears, no seam splits, no stains, no stickers, no writing, no wear to the opening edge and no wear to a perfectly square spine !!!!!!!!! The sleeve grades Very Good+++

INNER SLEEVE

The correct polylined RED MONO DECCA inner sleeve grades Excellent

VINYL

The record has a few small very light non sounding surface marks/scratches and only a couple of light sleeve removal marks/scuffs when viewed at an angle under a bright light !!! The record plays superb (play grade Excellent+++) with little or no background noise/ no hiss/ no distortion/ no skips/ no jumps / no pops and sounds awesome !!!!!! The vinyl grades Very Good++++ (FIND A BETTER ONE !!!!)

LABELS

The labels grade Excellent++++ with quite a few (bot not too many !!!) visible spindle marks on either side !!!!
