This is the UK 1st press on the textured plain orange CBS label. It is complete with the earliest BPG62429 1L/1 - 2L/1 matrix, the 33 instead of 33 1/3 on the label, the Recording First Published 1964 label text, the heavy original vinyl and the earliest laminated, pasted back heavy card sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. Every side has the most sensational mirrored gloss, there are just a couple of very lightest marks otherwise every track gleams. The original plain orange CBS labels are exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and from the moment it begins it is exceptionally rich and vibrant. Superb clarity and separation, the original warm complete sound.
The laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The laminate has a stunning mirrored finish, the image and text are sharp and the edges are firm. There is a little discolouration but it is still extremely bright. The pasted back is also very clean and bright. The whole sleeve is extremely solid and the spine is firm.
