Wonderful 53 track compilation box set made up of album tracks and singles, plus about 18 previously unreleased tracks/live versions. 

Deluxe edition with the two 12”x12” booklets, one 36 pages, other 12 pages. 

CONDITION:       STRICT  U.K. MAGAZINE  'RECORD COLLECTOR'  GRADING SYSTEM USED.  I aim to provide an accurate and honest appraisal of condition.  It’s in my best interests to do so.  I WANT YOU TO COME BACK.    All records are checked in good natural light and play tested IN FULL at a high volume on a Project Xtension 10 turntable fitted with an Ortofon 2M Red stylus (tracking at 2g).    Used records are cleaned using a Moth vacuum record cleaning machine prior to play testing, unless condition deems unnecessary. 

Playing condition for all tracks on sides 1 to 8 are graded as either EX+/NrMINT/MINT.    Very occasional light background surface noise and the very infrequent odd pop.  Vast majority of tracks play with no discernible difference compared to brand new.   Playing condition for side9 ranges from VG to EX, and side10 ranges from GOOD to EX.    Surface noise/light crackle touch more noticeable in places on side9.   Crackle/interference easily more noticeable in places on side10.   Overall,  NO distortion   NO jumps   NO sticking.

Visually, in good daylight, most sides of the vinyl look either EX+/NrMINT/MINT.  Very few light surface only marks.   Side8 graded as VG+/EX-.  3 or 4 clearly noticeable surface scuffs on side8 (SEE PHOTOS); fortunately these have no effect on play.     Side10 graded as VG.  Light stain spots on side10 (SEE PHOTOS). 

Labels for sides 1 to 9 are either EX+/NrMINT/MINT, side10 label graded as EX-.      Some labels have several spindle marks, others have none.   Noticeable light stain spots on side10 label.     All text perfectly,  NO writing  NO stickers. 

Box is in EX/EX- condition.   Virtually no external edge wear.  Couple of creases.  Some discolouration/yellowing on the back.   Small area of staing inside the box, in one of the corners.   NO seam splits  NO rips/tears   NO writing   NO stickers. 

Booklets are in EX/EX+ condition.   Mild creases/crumples.  Odd light scuff/smudge marks.    NO loose/missing pages  NO tears  NO writing  NO stickers.

Record Collector Magazine Grading System  - VINYL

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or deface

POOR (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

BAD (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler
