has hardly any affects from age and I believe I was probably the first to play it

Near Mint: Great record! Crisp sound! Almost perfect, like what you buy at the store
VG++: Excellent record, Crisp sound, shows maybe a little use, or age from storage, maybe with a little bit of minor background sounds
VG+: A great record possibly with periodic hissing and maybe a small pop or two, typical of a great conditon but used record
VG: Still very playable with a vintage record sound, no skips
