HELP!!! REGULARS TO MY RECENT LISTINGS WILL HAVE NOTICED THAT I CROSS REFERENCE INFORMATION FROM BOBSBOOTS.COM FOR MY OWN RESEARCH, AND TO SHOW YOU THE SOURCES OF THE MUSIC I AM SELLING. TONIGHT WHILST TRYING TO LIST THIS LP, I CAN FIND BOBSBOOTS.COM, BUT WHEN I CLICK ANY LP TO VIEW, THE SITE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY A NON RELATED DOWNLOAD SITE. I HOPE IT'S JUST A GLITCH, I HAVE AROUND 3 MORE RECORDS TO LIST THIS MONTH. I HOPE WHAT I HAVE COPIED AND PASTED ON MY LAST 12 OR SO PREPARED LISTINGS ARE STILL VIEWABLE, ANY LINKS WON'T WORK I FEAR. There is a lot of confusion surrounding this  LP for very good reason. There was a lot of confusion surrounding its release! 

In 1974 there were business and personal ties between TAKRL, TMQ1, TMQ2, and Kornyfone Labels. 
This LP was released by TAKRL and /or TMQ  in 1974 using TMQ1 master plates from two different LPs. The reasoning was a good one... to create one LP of 1965 studio outtakes. It was such a good idea, that this same configuration was later used as one of the LPs in two different double LP releases. 'Barbed wire blues' and 'Tough songs' 
Side one  is pressed from the side two plate of 
'Seems like a freeze out'. 
Side two is pressed from the side one plate of 
Stealin'  (TMOQ version). 

The title came from the last line of 'She's your lover now' 

The original issue came out in a plain white jacket with no insert. The labels had a large 1 & 2. 
Matrix: BD 505 A / BD 501 B;  71-178/155 M 

The piece was then issued in reversed extra wrap-around covers of previously released titles. 
The matrix was 1802 A / 1805 B;  71-178/155 M 
(plus the previous matrices crossed out) 

Later in '74 the insert shown above was created. The label was plain yellow. The matrix was 1963 A (plus the previous matrices crossed out). 

In a subsequent run of 'Now your mouth cries wolf', the side 2 master plate of 'Stealin' was inadvertently loaded as stamper instead of the side 1 plate. This created a few new LPs by mistake. Rather than destroy their bastard creation, TAKRL created the  'whoops'  insert as an inside joke, and released the small number that was accidentally produced as that LP.

Catalogue Number: Matrix numbers are: TAKRL 1963-A and 1963-B. There are loads of crossings out, and the 9 of 1963 on side A is reversed or inverted.

Description Of Item For Sale:

Vinyl: Excellent+, lovely and clean, a few light surface marks, plays really nicely.

Sleeve: Very Good+, the insert is pasted on the front. Nice and sturdy, shows a bit of age.

Extra Items: NONE.

COMBINED POSTAGE. I always try and reduce postage costs for multiple items, if you intend to buy more than one LP from me, please DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING until you have finished bidding on all items. I have limited time at night, I aim to get things shipped next morning, it makes hard work when I have to start issueing refunds for postage, seeking email addresses to use Paypal, repacking, weighing, wasting tape, and spoiling mailers. I can't send more than 2 kilos in one go outside of U.K. as a guide, 4 LP's is around the limit to combine.Let me know when you finish buying more than one record and want them packed, I will pack, weigh, then invoice you.

CONDITION:

All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:

Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.

Excellent-Some signs the record has been played,very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound,despite noticeable surface marks,occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items,without major defect is acceptable.

Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.

Fair-Just Playable-not nice.

TRACKS ARE: Probably available on Google.Also if I have made scans of labels or sleeve,click to supersize,and read them that way.

I don't use Postage to make money.I try and weigh the parcels before I list the items and add packing cost to the postage cost.Sometimes I can't weigh 1st(Usually if I have to make a home-made parcel for odd sized items)and if I do that,I will make my best educated guess of the postage cost,but I don't often pack home made parcels before the bidding ends,because many people want to ask questions,so sometimes,I could be a little out.I do pack in secure parcels.
