ON OFFER HERE IS A CHANCE TO OWN A TRULY STUNNING COPY OF "BACK IN ;72" RELEASED IN 1973 ON THE TAN REPRISE LABEL. THIS COPY IS A STEREO FIRST PRESS WITH A-1 B-1 MATRIX NUMBERS AND A FIRST PRESS SLEEVE THIS IS A RECORD THAT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION AS THE TEXTURED SLEEVE TENDED TO GET EASILY CREASED AND TORN. THIS ONE IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION ( I AM NOT OVER-ESTIMATING THIS AT ALL IT WOULD BE FOOLISH TO DO SO) THIS IS A 1973 UK FIRST PRESS RELEASE ON THE FABLED REPRISE LABEL CAT. K 44227 ORIGINAL RELEASE WITH FIRST PRESS A1 B1 MATRIX MARKS AND FIRST PRESS TEXTURED SLEEVE. LATER RELEASES DID NOT HAVE THESE FEATURES.
The record plays with NO crackle on EITHER side. There is NO background noise, There are NO pops There is NO hiss There are NO skips NO jumps and NO repeats. The run-ins and the run-outs are SILENT. NOTHING. NOT A SOUND. TRULY REMARKABLE FOR A RECORD FROM THE EARLY SEVENTIES. There are NO spindle marks showing how seldom this record has been played.
The sleeve is in EQUALLY AS GOOD CONDITION. The outside sleeve shows NO sign of wear except a small bit if ringwear and a small pinch at the top SO WHAT!!.There are NO marks There is NO writing There are NO tears. There is NO spinewear. The rear of the sleeve is in likewise CONDITION. Once again There is NO writing There are NO marks There are NO tears A TRULY FANTASTIC COPY OF THIS RARE RECORD.
As for gradings:-
The record itself is easily an EXCELLENT++ (if not better) and the sleeve BOTH outer and inner sleeve are similarly easily EXCELLENT+

The record has obviously been played many times,but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items without any major defects is acceptableI DO NOT OFFER ANY ITEMS LESS THAN VERY GOOD
