Description
This album didn't fall far from the tree, and with collaborations and credits for Hunter, Lesh and Garcia, it's all but in name a Grateful Dead album. This album comes at a time when the artist and aforementioned Grateful Dead were at their most creative. Coming off the back of the bands masterpiece's, " American Beauty and Working man's Dead. Collaborations with David Crosby on " If I could only remember my name " . Side line projects with New Riders of the Purple Sage, and David Bromburg. Not to mention a European tour and live album in production.
Two tracks from this album are as good as any the Dead ever produced. The tracks been " Black throated wind, / Looks like rain.
This copy is an American import, with dark green labels, the photos don't show as such. As I said in the condition notes, there has been some splitting to the top edge, but this has been mended properly.
A very rare album that normally only comes with import costs.
