PLAY TESTED, RARE, ORIGINAL, GREEN LABEL, CAPITOL RECORD CLUB EDITION. PINCKNEYVILLE PRESS. HARD TO FIND, COUNTRY SOUL CLASSIC: Bobbie Gentry- Fancy (Capitol ST-428, ST-8-0428, Club, 1970). Rare, early Capitol Record Club pressing with green labels & purple/black Capitol logos. ST-8-0428 printed on the label, ST 80423 printed on the spine, and ST-428 in the top left corner, front cover. Pinckneyville, Illinois pressing, indicated by the lone "2" stamped in the deadwax, both sides. Priced to sell so grab it while you can! RECORD CONDITION: Strong VG/VG+. PLAY GRADED. Some minor scuffs/surface marks. 1 or 2 tiny ,"bubbles" on Side 2. Play tested both sides all the way through. Played through nicely with light, occasional surface marks & a few light pops. Green Capitol labels with black print, with several small, light stains & some light wear around the spindle hole, & very light spindle marks on both sides. Comes in original, generic, paper innersleeve.

JACKET CONDITION: VG. Cheesecake cover with nice, bright colors. Light to moderate wear along the jacket opening with some tiny paper tears & a few tiny stains. Staining/some small paper tears & brief splits along the top and bottom seam and the spine. Some light staining throughout. Moderate stain, top right corner & another on the spine, towards the bottom. Light moisture wear with some small paper tears, back cover towards the bottom. Light to moderate ringwear, back cover. Short crease on the front cover, by the top. Overall, a decent copy of this rare, original record club pressing. Priced to sell so grab it while you can! Be sure to see the pics. If you order and pay before 1 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday, I will typically have your package mailed, with tracking uploaded, the very day of your purchase. The majority of the time, I can mail on Saturday, but the post office closes very early on Saturdays. (OBVIOUSLY, this DOESN'T include Sundays and legal holidays the post office is closed on.
