Extremely rare 1959 Bobby Day "Rockin' Robin" 12" lp record. Original pressing. Class label LP 5002
Nearly all of the copies you see on ebay are re-issues or bootlegs from the 1980's or later. They look similar but are easy to spot if know what to look for. One easy way to tell is that the original pressings have songwriters credits below the song titles on the record label.
Cover has seam splits on top and botton. back cover has original owners name in written on back.
Lp in very nice condition for being nearly 60 years old. only a few superficial marks which don't affect play.
Examine the photos closely as they are a part of the description and describe the physical condition of the item better than words.
I have listened to this album and Bobby Day was a terrific singer,very underrated.
Its rare for original pressings to surface,the only other one being offered is $300.
I have mine priced with a very fair buy it now.
