BOBBY & LAURIE “Hitch Hiker” Parlophone LP RARE Aussie killer garage beat punk

Bobby and Laurie – Hitch Hiker (Cum Sunt Ambulant) LP (orig. Australia Parlophone MONO second issue PMEO 9438, flipback cover)

Original release date: June 1966 (this issue is from 1968).

On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original Parlophone MONO second issue of the second album by Melbourne-based duo, BOBBY and LAURIE, featuring their GARAGE/BEAT/POP 45’s “Sweet and Tender Romance” and “Hitch Hiker”.  I’ve included some YouTube links to the duo’s music output below (from quality sixties POP to raunchy GARAGE BEAT complete with guitar heroics).  Enjoy!

Bobby and Laurie are backed by THE RONDELLS on most of these recordings.
