Description
This is an extremely rare album from my personal collection. It is Bobby Taylor and the Vancouvers self titled debut LP on Gordy 930. It is a mono DJ copy "Not for Sale" white label promo, and to make it even more rare, the labels are on the wrong sides. You can see it has the monaural record DJ copy on the front cover. The cover is VG with some ring and record wear. There are bends in three of the corners and the back cover shows wear and fading. There isn't any seam split. It also plays VG. It has very little noise and good tone but it does have several pops. It is definitely a piece of history. It is also a very good album. Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong fame was the guitarist in this band before he went on to his career in comedy. Bobby is one of the very latest musicians of our youth to leave this earth, passing away on July 22nd.
