CONDITION VINYL:  M-

CONDITION COVER:  M-

STANDARD LP GRADING:
M-       Mint Minus (Near Mint)  Mint or very close to it. Highest grade used. Has full luster. Carefully played a couple times. Highly desirable condition.
VG++  Very Good Plus Plus (Excellent).   Most luster remains. Some indications of careful play. May have some very mild groove wear, light hairline scratches or sleeve scuffs.  Very desirable condition. Plays very well.

VG+    Very Good Plus.   Still some good luster. Shows moderate groove wear.  Has some minor scuffs and / or light scratches. Still a nice "above average" record, acceptable to most collectors. Play well.

VG      Very Good.    Obvious groove wear with the scuffs and/or scratches of an "average" used record.  Still plays acceptably, often better than it looks.
VG-     Very Good Minus. Record shows heavy use, deeper grey, more scuffs and scratches. Plays with more surface noise but should play through.

G        Good.  Good enough to probably play through. A beat record that could skip, looks bad and is noisy
COVER GRADING:
M-        Mint Minus (Near Mint) highest grade used. Little or no indications of handling. Looks great.
VG++   Very Good Plus Plus (Excellent). Some indication of handling. No serious wear or imperfections. very desirable cover. Seams may begin to show light use.
VG+      Very Good Plus. Cover shows some aging and handling. May have seam wear, possible minor seam splitting. Still a better than average cover.
VG        Very Good.  An average cover with noticeable wear, seam splits, aging. Possible writing or stickers on the cover. Maybe a "Cut Out" with a BB HOLE through the cover, or a CUT CORNER.
G          Good.  Good enough to hold the record. Very worn, further wear and defects.
COMMON IMPERFECTIONS with LP COVERS include: writing on the cover, stickers, seam splits, open seams, taped seams, cut corners, bent corners (from dropping) and heavy aging. These imperfections will be noted in the listing.
