Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Karl Bohm. Recorded 23-25 May 1955 in the Redoutensaal, Vienna.
Decca SXL 2215-7 (3 LPs) WIDE BAND GROOVED EDITION 1 - Original Red Boxed Logo.
BOX :The box is all there - but not mint - top right hand corner split, some slight staining on box interior(damp).Overall : Good/Very Good.
BOOKLET/INSERT : Original booklet/insert.Complete - no splits/tears.
LPs: 3 LPs : 2215-1=ZAL 2662-2D/2215-6=ZAL 2667-3D/2216-2=ZAL2663-2D/2216-5=ZAL2666-2D/2217-3=ZAL2664-2D/2217-4=ZAL2665-3D.
Some very light non-sounding marks.
SIDE 2 has a 1cm scratch which produces light ticks for approximately 50 revs,some against fairly loud passages.
SIDE 4-almost immediately there are two clicks (at the very start - a second or so).
Overall the LPs are Excellent/Very Good.THE SOUND ON THESE WONDERFUL LPS IS QUITE OUTSTANDING.
