DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE : Superb..barely a sign of use...lovely and clean..spine lettering nice and clear: EX+

VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of fine hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX

VINYL - SIDE TWO: a couple of fine hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX

LABELS: Superb..as new: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
