Condizioni : copertina in grande stato, al suo interno un inserto in cui è stampato un autografo di un personaggio legato al film ma per me impossibile da identificare, vedi la scansione n° 4, MINT-  Manca la fascetta Obi / il vinile ha pochi e lievi segnetti superficiali che tuttavia rivelano all’ascolto qualche modesto clicchettio. GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : va subito precisato che Boris Alexandrovich Tchaikovsky non ha avuto alcun rapporto di parentela con Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, pur ammirandolo molto e seguendo anche le sue orme artistiche ed ancor più quelle di Modest Petrovi? Mussorgsky. Una bella colonna sonora caratterizzata da temi romantici sottolineati principalmente dall'intensità lirica dei violini e dal pianoforte con l’inserimento di alcuni dialoghi dal film, ma anche da spregiudicate tracce del tutto estranee a una struttura musicale sinfonica. E' il caso del tema d’apertura del film (a1) basato su uno splendido vocalizzo femminile con un'impostazione quasi jazzistica e un vivace accompagnamento musicale molto in sottofondo. "Kaiso – Mosc Wa Kenshin" (a2) sprigiona un'elettrizzante ritmo condotto da notevoli improvvisazioni di Hammond e chitarra elettrica con buon fraseggio di batteria e supporto del basso. Nel secondo lato troviamo l'inusuale "Yuriko No Byoki" (b1). Si tratta di una ballata malinconica cantata in Russo da un interprete maschile poi spazzata via da un vocalizzo femminile apparentemente gioioso e con assoli di percussioni nella parte finale. Tra i temi sentimentali menziono volentieri "Varogia To Deai" (a4) interamente caratterizzata da un'ottima vocalizzazione femminile.

Notes : it should immediately be noted that Boris Alexandrovich Tchaikovsky did not have any kinship with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, though admiring very much him and also following in his artistic steps, and even more those of Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky. An excellent soundtrack featuring romantic themes highlighted mainly by the lyrical intensity of the violins and piano with the insertion of some dialogue from the film, but also by unconventional tracks completely unrelated to a symphonic structure. It is the case of the opening theme (a1) based on a splendid female vocalism with an almost jazzy approach and a lively musical accompaniment rather in the background. "Kaiso - Mosc Wa Kenshin" (a2) emanates a breathless rhythm led by the remarkable improvisations of Hammond and electric guitar with good drumming and support of bass. On the second side we find the unusual "Yuriko No Byoki" (b1). It is a melancholy ballad sung in Russian by a male performer then blown away by a seemingly joyful female vocalism with percussion solos at the end. Among the sentimental themes I gladly mention "Varogia To Deai" (a4) entirely characterized by a beautiful female vocalisation.
