Description
A RARE GREAT SOUNDING COPY OF A SINGLE GETTING EVER HARDER TO FIND. FROM THE HEIGHT OF THE UK SKINHEAD ERA. (PLEASE ALSO CHECK OUT MY OTHER REALLY RARE REGGAE SINGLES).
FABULOUS BOSS SKINHEAD REGGAE ORIGINAL from my own collection. Super REGGAE SINGLE from ALTON ELLIS (AND THE FLAMES) 'SUZIE' / 'DENVER' was released on the UK GAS (PAMA) label in 1970.
AS IF THIS SINGLE WASNT HARD ENOUGH TO FIND THIS IS THE RARE 1ST UK PRESS.
THIS IS A REALLY NICE PLAYING COPY.
It has survived with only MINOR surface scuffing (not greatly affecting sound).
The LABELS ARE excellent excepting minor ink (the letter L on side 'A' and letters G and J on side 'B'). There are no stickers or tears (see pics for exact condition).
THE SINGLE STILL HAS ITS ORIGINAL RARE FOUR PRONG CENTRE INTACT.
The SINGLE PLAYGRADES AT VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS (VG++) condition and RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE.
IT IS SUPPLIED IN A REPRO PAMA COMPANY SLEEVE and a poly sleeve for extra protection.
This record rarely comes up for sale on Ebay in anything other than battered condition.

Rare Record Collector Grading: VG+/+ (VERY GOOD PLUS/PLUS)
VERY GOOD PLUS/PLUS: Description: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
