THE BOSTON CRABS
As Long As I Have You / Alley-Oop
1965 UK original Columbia label Mod-Soul-Freakbeat 45. 2 really excellent tracks, the A-Side 'As Long As I Have you' was a Northern Soul track originally recorded by 'Garnet Mimms'. The B-Side is also a great catchy tune recorded in the Mod Freakbeat style.
The vinyl has a very nice clean sheen. There are no nasty marks or scratches at all, just shows some light signs of careful play. Both sides play excellent. There are no loud or repeated clicks or pops, & actually barely any static crackle, both sides just look, play, & sound excellent. A nice copy of what is probably their rarest & most sought after UK 45.
The labels are also in nice condition. A couple of signs of careful play, but no bad flaws at all. The original Columbia records paper sleeve is still in decent shape, a little ageing & creasing, but no rips or splits.
