Brahms:  The Complete Four Symphonies 

rare German first press vinyl 4LP box set released January 1958 on "Tulip" DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) label with ALLE HERSTELLER and catalognumber LPM 18451/54. 

Beautiful clothbound box, complete with booklet that dates 1/58, two inserts feat. the 1950s DGG discography, stitched inner sleeves, and vinyl in perfect NEARMINT/MINT condition with clean labels and only one or two spindlemarks ... vinyl is obviously hardly ever played.

Famous reference performances by Eugen Jochum conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality. 

Compare with other fine interpretations by. e.g. Klemperer, Furtwangler, Knappertsbusch, Szell, Barbirolli, Kempe, etc. ... see photos.
