Description
Every Tuesday between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm (European Time) I will offer old Punk and Powerpop 7“ records. Please also check out my other auctions at www.eBay.de
Only 300 Singles of this original first US pressing on their own label were made. Never released with a picture sleeve. You are bidding on the legendary first 7” by the BRATS from the States. With the band is Rick Rivets from punk band CORPSE GRINDERS and NEW YORK DOLLS. There is D.J. SINGLES printed on both sides of the label. The A-sider named ‘Keep On Doin What You’re Doing’. The cracker on the flip titled ‘If You Can Rock (You Can Roll)’. Here’s your chance to get the first edition of the first edition with their logo of a glitter boy and girl. As you know, US punk label ‘Whiplash’ records (TOT ROCKET & THE TWINS, SLUGS, etc.) began in late 1975 with its first release ‘Keep Doin What You’re Doing’ by The BRATS. In other words, WHIPLASH immediately did a re-pressing of this outstanding pre-punk 7” from 1975. An absolute beauty this one.

Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen 7“ Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special 7“ record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
Payment / Bezahlung: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal. Wird ein Gesamtwert von 35 Euro, $50 oder £30 erreicht, so verschicke ich ausschließlich als Einschreibebrief (3,50 Euro) bzw. innerhalb Deutschlands optional auch als DHL-Paket (5,00 Euro). All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €35, $50 or £30 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional €2, $3 or £2.
