Description
Welcome to the next batch in my ongoing clearout of my collection amassed over 40+ years. Some more nice rarities amongst this lot. Free signed for shipping for UK bidders is included.
Next up is a Decca records release. Release year is 1969, cat no F13354. Bread And Beer Band - Dick Barton Theme (Devil's Gallop) b/w Breakdown Blues.
Very rare UK 7" pressing of this single from the session band that comprised Elton John, Caleb Quaye and Bernie Calvert amongst others. If you have not heard this it is worth getting for the B side alone an outstanding blues rock track that features older brother of Finley Quaye Caleb on guitar. If you didn't know better it could almost be Hendrix or Clapton! Along with Reg Dwight aka Elton John and Hollies bass player Bernie Calvert this was pretty much a supergroup session band.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition, some surface marks as highlighted in the picture they look worse than they sound as it is surface only and both sides play very nicely with no skips or jumps. Labels are nice and bright with no writing or stickers, 4 prong center is intact.
Company sleeve is in VG+ condition, some general wear, one very small piece of tape and a small pen number on one side.

I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes.
