The sleeve is VG+ the edges are sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear but it does have a small sticker tear on the top right at the front and a slight age handling, the label on side 1 is only VG because of the felt marker pen stains but side 2 is EX+, the vinyl is a strong EX with a few light wispy scratches and one or two light scuffs but the audio plays well on this 1972 hard to find UK Bell album by Browns Home Brew - "Browns Home Brew"
