Description

BRUCE MACKAY: s/t LP (Oro-1, 1967)
Overlooked and very good US-folk-singer/songwriter album on the shortlived ESP-Disk sub-label Oro (other releases by All That The Name Implies, Haryou and a few others). Sometimes refered to under the titel "Midnight Minstrel", but there's no titel on this copy here which has the 156 Fifth Ave. address for ESP in case someone's curious. Not quite as weird as Mij, Erica Pomerance (which I am also selling a copy of) or Ed Askew, more in a traditional folk style, with haunting voice and great compositions (instrumentation incl. flute, organ, harpsichord, bass clarinet a.o.)

I am getting rid of parts of my record collection, so please see my other auctions for more sixties, psych, psychedelic, garage, acid folk etc. records!

CONDITION:
Sleeve: little bit of wear and small sticker in upper left corner, solid EX(-), vinyl EX.
