Title: Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.
Label: Columbia 31903

2 corners have very slight wear, one of which is a small crease, detailed below in photos. Original "postcard" die-cut gatefold cover.
Springsteen was an unknown when he released his debut album in 1973. A sealed copy of this album is a rare occurrence. It was critically received but there was no radio hit and the album sold only 25,000 copies in the first year. It was most likely the least pressed Springsteen album. (3 years later Born To Run charted #3 in album sales and went on to sell 6,000,000 copies). Also the reason most copies are beat-up is that you can't leave the shrink on the record if you want to listen to it because the gatefold opens in reverse like an envelope. A rare nugget for the serious Boss collector, not sure when the next one like this will come around.
