This is a rare, waaaaay out of print split 7" - Brutal Truth and Coalesce, part 2 of the Hydrahead Records "In These Black Days" Black Sabbath tribute series released in 1997. Catalog no. hh666-13.

Condition: Record is mint - never been played. Cover/inserts are NM - a little shelf wear on the corners. Stored in a mylar 7" sleeve, which has some shelf wear.
