Description
I'm listing a few higher-dollar jazz LPs from my purchases over the last couple years. Non-standard, but I am starting the bidding at or near the price I paid for the album, with the goal of selling them for what I originally paid.
BUD POWELL Time Waits Blue Note BLP 1598 47 West 63rd
Both sides are VG++. There are a few very minor non-feelable lines and a few scuffs.
47 West 63rd labels on both sides, with RVG stamps in dead wax.
There are two creases on the lower left hand corner of the jacket and a crease on the bottom of the jacket. There is also a tiny tear on the binding. Dead Wax lists on side 1 "RVG BN-LP-1598 A" and on side 2 "RVG BN-LP-1598 B" and also what looks like a 9M on both sides. =
I am selling from my personal collection. Where I have play-grade notes, I will include them. Otherwise, please assume a visual grade.
Grading Notes (borrowed largely from Carolina Soul)
- Sealed Jacket sealed shut in shrink wrap; disc sold ungraded or "as is".
- NM Appears unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches.
- EX May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play.
- VG+ A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks.
- VG Same imperfections found on VG+ records but in slightly greater numbers. Records graded VG and above will typically not have any scratches that are deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
- VG- A number of visible imperfections; the presence of a considerable number of light scratches will force a VG- grade, as will the presence of significant isolated defects such as scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
- G Pervasive imperfections of varying degrees including both light scratches and scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail. G+ and G- are used to indicate stronger and weaker copies within this range.
