Description
From the home of a former twin cities radio station sales rep. This gentlemen worked at WDGY radio in Minnesota. When Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper and Richie Valens were killed just an hour and a half away he grabbed this rare promo record from the studio. This includes each individual artist doing their own promo for the show. The exact recording date is not known.
The tracks do not play through to each other The needle must be dropped at the beginning of each of the three tracks. This is apparently how certain ads and promos were broadcast by radio stations at this time. It was more convenient than recording tape.
