Very rare copy of this highly collectable Rock 'n' Roll classic.I frequently get the 78rpm issue in to stock but rarely the 45 and certainly not in this condition.The record is in very clean condition with a few very light surface marks but nothing that effects the play which is near perfect on both sides.There is a little occasional and very low level background noise but you really do have to strain to hear it and it in no way detracts from the overall quality.Labels are very clean with bright and unrubbed gold lettering.There are lightly written initials on both sides which the photo has rather exagerated but they are not obtrusive on the purple background.A few light play marks are visible around the spindle hole.Regulars will know I'm very hard on the grading so I'm giving it a VG+ but it certainly plays EX+.Please excuse the lousy photo which does not do justice to the real appearance.I seem to find it impossible to get good images of purple and gold labels.Supplied in buff and maroon sleeve but I'm not sure if it maybe shouldn't have a purple sleeve which I can supply if required.No reserve on this ultra rare record and low starting price.
