BUDGIE In For The Kill LP UK MCA Original 1st Press MINT A1 Stunning AUDIO Rare!

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system.  I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- From my own personal collection - original 1974 UK 1st pressing of In For The Kill by Budgie. Released on the original MCA label, catalogue no. MCF 2546. 1st UK press matrix endings A1/B1. The record is housed in the original fully laminated sleeve Garrord & Lofthouse. All in superb condition

track list - in for the kill / crash course in brain surgery / wondering what everyone knows / zoo club / hammer and tongs / running from my soul /living on your own

Vinyl Condition:- MINT. Superb condition, this record looks and plays as good as when new. I rarely use the grade MINT unless a record is new but this one is an exception. The sound quality is outstanding. The record has had no more than two plays plus my full test play and has been exceptionally well looked after. This is an opportunity to own an original 1974 rarity in absolute top condition

Sleeve Condition:- EX. There is some very mild partial ringwear on the front and back which you can see when viewed at an angle under bright light but the laminate still retains excellent shine. The sides and spine just have a few fine feathered creases but are still nice and crisp. The spine is crisp and fully readable. On the back there is an indented score mark about 3" long but thus does not show up on the photo. Overall a very nice condition 1974 sleeve

Label Condition:- NEAR MINT. 3 very light spindle marks on one side and one one the other. No wear around the spindle hole at all.

This record seldom comes up for sale and in such nice condition as this one. Don't miss your chance!

I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide.  Check out my other rare vintage vinyls!

ALL MY ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE ON RETURN IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM

 Grading Abbreviations

Grading below is as stated from UK Record Collector. I also use +/- for records that fall somewhere between a grade

Mint (M)

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G)

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F)

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P)

The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
