Description
On offer are two LPs by Buffalo on the Vertigo 'spaceship' label.
This listing is quite obviously aimed towards a low end collector or fan who can't afford paying hundreds of dollars for each of the records in great condition.
Both covers show a fair amount of wear. The Volcanic Rock cover has clearly been wet at some stage and shows significant discoloration.
Both covers also show original owner's name on a dymo label which I have not attempted to remove as it may cause further damage.
Now, I know the covers don't look great but the records are not completely trashed as you might expect.
They're far from perfect but are both ok copies.
Mother's Choice shows light scuffing throughout both sides. There are also many slightly deeper marks on both sides. No massive gouges or anything.
I listened to side 1 a few days ago and it seemed to track pretty well but had some surface noise. Probably didn't notice too much because I had it blaring.
As far as Volcanic Rock goes it actually shows significantly less scuffing.
Still shows marks throughout but less so than the other record.
There is a deeper mark on track one of side two might cause some noise or tracking issues. Haven't play tested to find out.
There's also some weird tiny mark near the lead out which can be seen on the same spot on both sides. It looks like it may cause skipping.
I've tried to point out any flaws I could see but may have missed something.
They're sold AS IS.
Please don't expect what you'd get for $200+ copies but expect an alright copy that could be pretty playable.
Anything else you'd like to know?
Feel free to ask.
Postage is FREE Australia wide.
I will not post these overseas.
