BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD 1967 MONO 1st UK PRESS Red/Plum

This record has been cleaned on my vacuum record cleaning machine and played in full on quality hi-fi to give accurate grading. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system.  I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other rare UK 1st pressings of classic prog and folk records. Thanks

Details:- . This is a very rare original 1967 MONO 1st UK pressing on the red/pum Atlantic labels, Catalogue Number 587070. Only Buffalo Springfield text on the spine denoting a 1st press. 1st matrix A1/B2 on the run-off. Original flip-back front laminated sleeve by EJ Day (patents pending).

Vinyl Condition:- NEAR MINT (The best condition example of this album I have ever seen. This record has had barely any play at all and has been very well looked after. Gleaming vinyl with nothing more than one or two of the faintest of sleeve brushings. Crystal clear audio!.  Fully test played on Garrard 501 prototype, Rogers E40a valve amp and Quad ESL 57 Electrostatics.

Sleeve Condition:- EX+ (On the front there is 2mm dimple mark near top left, light creases on the bottom left corner and a couple of small mild d-creases in the laminate. The back is really nice and clean. The spine is crisp, Buffalo Springfield text has last few letters rubbed out. Overall the condition of the sleeve is very nice indeed.)

Label Condition:- EX+ (I can hardly see a single spindle mark. On side one there is a very small scuff in the paper. Its actually very tiny as you can see from my very clear close-up photos. Without this minor blemish I would have happily graded near mint.)

This record seldom comes up for sale and never in such superb hardly played condtion as this one. Don't miss your chance!

I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide.  Check out my other rare UK 1st press prog/folk vinyls!

ALL MY ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE ON RETURN IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM

 Grading Abbreviations

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT:
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD:
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
