COVER: Textured gatefold EX, light wear to corners, roughly 1 inch top seam splits at the opening.
RECORD: Both discs near mint, just about perfect shape. No marks, good gloss, plays perfectly.
EXTRAS: Obi EX,a light crease bottom left, 4 page insert EX+ to NM, slight age discoloration, no damage.

Mint - Perfect
Near Mint - Near perfect. I've seen descriptions that say near mint with minor scuffs or scratches. Hello??? If there are scuffs or scratches, it's NOT near mint!
Excellent - Normal LIGHT wear. An item that's been handled or played, but still an enjoyable listening experience.
Very Good - Noticeable wear, expect some surface noise.
Poor - A Frisbee. You won't see any of that here.
