Burning Witch “Towers” LP, Slap a Ham Records #49, SEALED
Label: Slap a Ham Records
Vinyl Color: Black. At least I assume it’s black, but I haven’t opened it… I think Slap a Ham used to have an indication on the shrink wrap if it were colored vinyl, so bid under the presumption that it is black
Condition: Vinyl & cover in excellent condition!
Burning Witch s/t LP, Slap A Ham, sealed in shrink and mint This album is still sealed, mint as the day a decade ago that it was given to me, and you’d be hard pressed to find another in this condition! Believe me, I’ve listened to my other copy and totally dig it. What has always struck me most about this is that the band name aptly describes the sound the vocalist conjures up… like a screaming witch on a spit. That, and the music is funereal dirge/doom/sludge from members of Sunn 0))) and Khanate and Thor’s Hammer for fans of early Melvins, Earth, Eyehategod, Grief, Floor, 16, Noothgrush, Corrupted, Esoteric, Skepticism, Boris, Dot[.], Shape of Despair, Orthodox, et al… Killer!
