The Original release that included the 5" Clear vinyl with a very  different version of American Woman with a yelled Gibby outro of "Get That Bastard, Shoot Him Shoot him!" that still makes me smile and is one of my ten fave Gibby quotes
actually prob most of those quotes are from the interview sections of the video in between the songs

looking over the last 4 years of sales these seem to come up less and less with the 5" included

CONDITION---
NEAR MINT FOR VHS and case, the 5" has an edge crack that plays through just fine and doesn't even seem to repeat click but you hear a few clicks

but between the lo fidelity , super low volume mastering (you have to turn up the volume twice as loud to hear it) and poor vinyl quality...it's a novelty rather than an audiophile experience. but I believe the mix and volume issue may be purposeful in a butthole surfers way
 in addition, these 5"s were made with multiple bubbles and divots when you look at them under a magnifying glass. it's evident they were poorly made. Perhaps in 1985, Rainbo records pressing plant ( now known as A to Z )where i ^think^ Corey was having vinyl made then as they used them from later 80s into probably still now.... were inadept about making a clear vinyl 5",,,,,.Or maybe this 5" job was farmed out to a diff pressing plant cause Rainbow didn't do 5"s?
it was perhaps the first clear vinyl 45" and the first any of us had seen when it came out
