This is one of a number of records that I have for sale at the moment so please take a look at the others on my eBay shop, Past-Times Records and Collectables. Description: - For sale a very rare UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / NWOBHM related single / EP by the UK band BUZZARD from 1979 (pre the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL band ENERGY!!!), this is an original pressing and rarely turns up let alone with its mega rare insert of which only a tiny amount were issued & this is Signed by all four band members. Do not miss this rarity as it will probably be some time before one turns up again. This single is so obscure that it is not even mentioned in the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL ENCYCLOPAEDIA, it is however mentioned & given a high mark for rarity in Mario Panciera's excellent book 45 REVOLUTIONS. This is one of the earliest examples of UK’s 1st wave of NWOBHM. It is said that there was less than 500 copies of this record pressed.
This EP also features CHRIS PAGE who a few years later went on to play with the NWOBHM band ENERGY. Track listing is A side ‘The Show Must Go On’ & ‘Gasoline Alley Bred’ b/w ‘Radancer’ & ‘When I Need You’. The record was made in Kettering, Northants. Condition: - The condition of the record is as follows: - A side EX condition; B side EX+ condition; Insert is nice & square but a little wear on the top edge & a small tear, please refer to the photo’s. Labels are nice & clean. This would make a lovely addition to any ones collection. Postage Instructions: - Post & Packing charges are as follows:- Free - If you collect in person.
