BYRON LEE & THE DRAGONAIRES - UK STEREO Vinyl LP Rocksteady Explosion TROJAN TRLS5 Matrix Nos: TRLS + 5 + A, TRLS + 5 + B
This is the original 1968 UK pressing of this album. The cover has a laminated front with a non laminated back with a nice solid spine, all in excellent condition. I think the pictures are pretty good. The labels are spotless. Underneath the Trojan logo there is a printed black line which covers some text "A DUKE REID PRODUCTION. JAMAICA". The vinyl at first inspection looks excellent but, only when held under a bright light, there are a few feint lines visible on each side but these do not affect play. There is the odd light click here and there, but on the third track on side two, 'Nice Time' there are five repetitive clicks. This is the only audible blemish I could hear. No scratches, sticks, jumps, warps or distortion. Brilliant album.
