  BYRON LEE/ERIC MORRIS - BEAUTIFUL GARDEN, 1964 DEMO, NM b/w Too Late, on Parlophone. Rare ska in top condition Please note: In the pictures above the smudge mark appearing at the bottom left of the record is from my scanner, not a mark on the vinyl, and is clearly present in almost all of my listings on-line now. Quality ska two sider from Byron Lee & his Dragonaires, joined by the legendary Eric "Humpty Dumpty" Morris on vocal duties. Two slices of organ led ska rhythms, a more commercial sound on the A-side with an out & out ska dancer on the flip with Morris on fantastic form. Byron & his Dragonaires were one of the few reggae acts to gain major label support during the early 60's this was the 4th of their rare Parlophone singles. This promotional Red and White "A" label demo copy is in stunning condition, can only have been played a handful of times, still looks and plays like new. A rare quality ska single that will set well in any collection.

Labels have release date and a faded "Ska....Chant" stamped on the A-side, but have no other writing, stickers or marks. Push out centre fully intact. Comes in plain paper sleeve.
