Vinyl grade: The side with the music has only a couple of light surface marks and is VG++. It plays cleanly. The blank side has several light surface marks and would grade at VG+. Normally I give 1 grade only for vinyl, but given that the music side plays cleanly and is in better shape than the blank side, I couldn't settle on VG+ or a VG++.

Jacket grade: VG++ Just some very light edge/corner/ring wear. Top corner has a promo cut. The original owner wrote 7/19/87 in the inside of the jacket in pen near the opening. I assume that's when he originally purchased the record.

Other relevant information: Vinyl is black and pressings are original unless otherwise noted.
