Description
An original Demonstration Copy of No Matter What by Badfinger on Apple Records
Vinyl - Plays through well with no jumps or sticking. There is some minor distortion to the sound in places on the A side and it is crackly especially at the start of each side. Visually there are a lot of very fine marks that take the sheen off a bit and there are some other, larger, marks. There is for example a mark across the B side that does not affect play (see photo). There is a light repeated pattern of marks on part of the A side (see photo) - this looks to be surface marks and again it does not affect play, beyond possibly contributing to crackle.
Labels - The label on the B side has a name ‘Paul Webster’ written on it.
The record has ‘G’ stamper codes on each side.
So overall a very serviceable copy of this rare demo. Rating is Very Good, using Record Collector ratings, since it displays no major deterioration in sound quality, though it has noticeable surface marks.
